What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via USPS. You can choose your shipping option at checkout based on your order’s weight.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do! To some countries. We don’t ship to all countries due to a large amount of ordering fraud. But we definitely ship to Canada and the UK. Just put in your address to calculate shipping costs at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our order processing time is 1-4 business days. We make every product in-house, with love, so some orders need to be made before they are shipped. We ship orders M-F and let our team enjoy time with their families on Saturday and Sunday.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and if your order has already been processed, whether or not you’ve received tracking information yet, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! Guests can place orders, too, but we recommend creating an account so you can track the status of your order or reorder your favorite goods.

Do you have samples? I don't want to order something I might not like

We’re unable to offer samples of most of our products. However, we are confident in our products and know they work and you will most likely love them. For that reason, we want to encourage you to give it a try. If we fail our standards and your expectations, contact us with your order number and what went wrong right away so we can fix it for you. 5 star satisfaction is our goal with every customer’s experience with us.
